We carry the cost. You carry the audience.
Nothing upfront from you. We fund the product, the shipping, the fees, then split the net with you: a generous share to you, the larger share to us to fund the next run. Net is defined in writing and reported line by line, so the money is never fuzzy.
The split is the whole relationship, so we don't leave it vague. You bring the audience and the promotion. We bring the capital and the operation. We agree the exact split with you in writing before anything launches, and once the money lands, every dollar is reported line by line.
★ Net = gross − product cost − fulfillment − fees − returns. Starting terms; tuned per drop.
Why we split net
We fund the product, so splitting gross would punish us: we'd be sharing money before we'd recovered a cent of the cost. Splitting "profit" goes the other way and just starts arguments about what counts as a cost. Net is the honest middle. Fuzzy money is the #1 reason creators fire partners, so we make it impossible to be fuzzy: net is defined in writing and reported line by line, every drop.
What you put in, what we put in
You put in your audience and your promotion: the one thing no one else can supply. We put in the capital, design, production, fulfillment and customer service. You carry zero inventory risk. If a drop doesn't hit its minimum, it doesn't run, and you're not left holding anything.
